---I find I do better when things go according to plan. Don't get me wrong. I still think it is important to be flexible and to roll with the punches, but I find that I respond more efficiently when there exists some kind of structure. There can be a certain amount of chaos going on, but I do find that I do want my ducks in a row...if possible.---
